AE Project for the Restoration, Conservation and Infrastructure Renovation of the exterior envelope, interior spaces and MEP upgrade of the former three-story house of Victoria Ocampo, one of the most renowned Argentine`s cultural representative figures and Patron of the arts.
The property is owned by UNESCO since 1973.
SCOPE OF WORK:
1.-Exteriors:
DFC Project and Technical Representation during the construction works for the Restoration of Exterior Facades, wood doors and windows, mansard roofs and decorative flashing*.
*Under contract with Eng. Villa.
2. Phases 1,2 and 3
Project Design and Direction of the Construction Works:
Phase 1*: Interior Restoration of the Main Entrance, Hall, Dining Room, Music and Living room. Upgrading and reuse of Basement, Gardens* and Outdoor areas.
Phase 2*: Interior Restoration: Main Staircase, Library, desk room and Victoria’s bedroom.
Phase 3: Infrastructure Renovation and Adaptive reuse of the attic spaces under the mansard roof.
