Security upgrading works for this project included preliminary verification of structural and installed infrastructure condition, AE design project for the rehabilitation of public areas, garage and basement to include full MEP renovations, upgrading and renovation of the main kitchen, laundry, new bathrooms, family rooms, and guests rooms.

Restoration and repair of the original oak parquet flooring and subfloor affected by water leaking caused by the obsolete
radiant heating system originally installed.

The SOW for this project included all associated civil works and the renovation of the entire electrical/telecomm and lighting systems.
