New Marine Security Guard Residence and Renovations to the Consulate Building and Out-Buildings
SCOPE OF WORK:
AE project of a new MSGR building and renovations to the Consulate Building, two existing out-Buildings and a new utility building (water storage, treatment and pressurization). Full civil works. Design of outdoor spaces and landscape. Site Lightning.
The renovations for the two-existing out-buildings included demolition and new works as follows:
- New Gym and Sanctuary (including blast resistant structural upgrade of the areas and installation of new FEBR doors and windows)
- New HVAC system
- New Plumbing system (CWS, HWS, Sanitary & Storm systems)
- New Fire alarm, suppression and life safety systems per U.S. codes and criteria.
- Infrastructure renovation and addition of workshops and facilities.
- New Electrical/Telecom Systems/TSS
- New Grounding and Lightning protection systems.
- New duct banks and associates civil work.
- Exterior and Interior lighting systems
