- Phases I and II: Local AE Project and Supervision work for MEP infrastructure upgrading, restoration of the exterior fabric and mansard roof, complete restoration of interiors (representational areas of the Ground and First floors) Ambassador’s private quarters and guest rooms.

Handicap Facilities – Main Entrance Upgrading Design Project
SCOPE OF WORK:
Upgrading of CMR’s entrance to comply with ADA-ABA normative.
The design project included exterior and interior new ramps and platforms, structural reinforcements, installation of new lift platform, interior and exterior restoration and rehabilitation work.
Infrastructure Upgrading and Renovation Project for the U.S. Chief of Mission’s Residence
SCOPE OF WORK:
The SOW includes major upgrading of the HVAC system to include new AHUs, humidifiers, controls and ducts; plumbing renovation: (new hot/cold water supply, piping and equipment, retrofit of water supply tank to include new booster pumps and controls; drainage and sewage systems; renovation of all bathrooms in the second, first and ground floors; addition of a central monitoring and control system, design of new (equipped) secondary kitchen and laundry room, installation of a new service elevator, reinforcement of structural concrete and upgrading of all electrical associated systems.
