Infrastructure Renovation, Upgrading and Adaptive Reuse of a former Residential Building inside the Chancery Campus to the requirements of the Medical Regional Office.

The SOW includes demolition and entire renovation and upgrading of HVAC/plumbing/electrical/communication systems and interior spaces to include the reception; waiting area; staff, public and handicap accessible bathrooms; (2) medical examination rooms, fully equipped Laboratory, Sonography room, Staff rooms, storage, mechanical room and security areas.

The Unit counts with a reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment plant.

The project includes direct and independent access to the health facility to ensure that patients who are entering the building don´t cross paths with potentially infected ones isolating the right wing area of the building, if necessary.

Exterior areas were treated to facilitate access to handicapped patients, respecting the esthetics of the existing landscape gardening.
