The building, designed by the architects Acevedo, Becu y Moreno in 1940  is located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the City of Buenos AIres, locally known as “The Island”.

Facing Libertador Avenue and Plaza Mitre, the “Campomar” building is surrounded by parks and “plazas”  accessible by wide stone stairs that close the streets allowing only pedestrian access.

The intervention included the Restoration Project  and the Direction of the construction works. The construction work was performed by Constructora Sudamericana SA.
