Full MEP Renovation, Life Safety Upgrading and Facades Renovation *
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Life Safety Upgrading, to include new fire alarm and firefighting systems.
- Full MEP upgrade and renovation of HVAC and plumbing systems (CWS, HWS & Sanitary sewers). The works include associated electrical data and telecom adjustments and structural reinforcements for the installation of new openings.
- Full Renovation of Exterior windows and Facade´s Upgrade..
