Full Exterior and Interior Restoration, MEP Infrastructure Renovation and New Works The following scope of works corresponds to Project Design Phases 1 to 7 developed to fully restore, conserve and upgrade the exterior envelope and the interiors of the building, renovate and upgrade the HVAC, plumbing, electrical/communications and lighting systems including structural consolidation and new works.
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Full Renovation of HVAC systems -VRF- at Representational Rooms in Ground and First Floors
- Full Electrical and Plumbing Upgrading (Cold and Hot Water Supply and Sanitary Sewer)
- Full Restoration of Representational Rooms (Entrance Hall, Main Stairs, Dining Room, Music Room, Golden Room, Chapel and Library.*
- Renovation of Private Kitchen, Service Areas, and Bathrooms at Ground and First Floors
- Remodeling and Restauration of Ground Floor to accommodate a new Art Gallery (exhibition rooms, curatorial offices, art storage and Service Areas).
- Exterior Restoration of the exterior envelope (Facades, Mansard Roof, Terraces and ornamental flashing)*
