AE Design Project for the Renovation, PS and Infrastructure Upgrading, Exterior & Interior Restoration of the Chancery Building.

The works include: New parking area and sidewalks, upgrading and restoration of perimeter walls, security fencing and gates, new mechanical room, renovation of the existing sewage and drainage systems, water supply system, upgrading of electrical/data/communication systems, installation of new CCTV (VCAC area), full renovation of exterior and interior lighting (including the installation of automated lighting control system), upgrading of the existing HVAC system, upgrading of fire detection and suppression systems, installation of a new elevator and upgrading of the original main elevator, new ramps and guests bathrooms in compliance with ADA-ABA accessibility .

Exteriors: Restoration of mansard roof and flashing, restoration of all facades, exterior wood French doors and windows, ornamental ironwork, perimeter fencing and gates.

Interiors: Restoration of Ground Floor and Representational rooms on the Ground and First Floor, Ambassador’s private office and renovation of administrative offices on the 1st and 2nd floors. New facilities for employees; new professional (equipped) kitchen and service areas
