U.S CHIEF OF MISSION RESIDENCE INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADING AND RENOVATION PROJECT

SCOPE OF WORK:

The CMR residence is a culturally significant property, the SOW includes major upgrading of the HVAC system to include new AHU’s, humidifiers, controls and ducts on representational areas; plumbing renovation (New hot/cold water supply, distribution piping and equipment; retrofit of water supply tanks to include new booster pumps and controls; obsolete drainage and sewage systems including bathrooms on the ground, first and second floors; new central Monitoring and Control System, new -fully equipped- secondary kitchen and laundry room.

Installation of new service elevator, reinforcement of structural concrete and upgrading of the electrical associated systems.
