It was designed for a newlywed couple who wanted traditional brick facades resembling their parents’ home but were opened to a completely different indoor scenario. 

Inside, a double-height living room shares a large two-sided wood burning fireplace with the dining area facing the garden. An integrated semi-professional kitchen and a reception toilet complete the ground floor plan.

The staircase leads to the upper floor where a wide corridor separates the master suite from the other two bedrooms that share a bathroom.

The building fabric, the HVAC systems and equipment installed comply with criteria of energy efficiency.
