This 2-story suburban brick house was designed for a family with children with a big age gap between them. The house has 4 bedrooms with bathrooms in suite, a reception toilet, large living room with dining area and open kitchen facing the garden.

At the client’s request, the design includes a large drive-through garage for two cars with rear and front doors that leave a single extra parking option in front.

The classic ensemble of exposed brick and wood of the façades blends with the adjoining residences as required and continues in the back garden where a wooden pergola connects indoor and out-door spaces destined to family gatherings.
