Local Design/Construction drawings, shop-drawings and submittals for the construction of the MSGR AE renovation and security upgrading project.

The project included structural reinforcement, exterior upgrading and complete interior renovations with a fully equipped semi-professional kitchen,(7) bathrooms and handicap facility; full MEP renovation, civil works, landscaping and physical security upgrading works.

The renovation work involved micropiling and new reinforcing steel structure, exterior anti-climb fencing and gates on both, main and back accesses with security guard booth.
