Phase 1: Upgrades to the CMR Building Main and Secondary accesses and full perimeter anti-climb grilles over the existing party walls.
Design Project performed in compliance with the Bureau of Diplomatic Security normative (Residential Security Program) minimizing impact on this culturally significant Building.
Phase 2: Restoration of the original Main Gate and Fencing. Structural reinforcing and restoration of cast, wrought iron and bronze components.
